Terms of Service
- Please keep in mind that I work in my style when it comes to emotes. (Examples are all in the tab labeled Past Work). I do not do NSFW, hyper realism, and extreme gore.- I, the artist, own all the full rights to my art or artworks.- I reserve the right to refuse your commission.- You are not to use ANY artwork commissioned by me for commercial use (ex. mugs, t-shirts, stickers, merch, etc.) unless we have a agreement in writing. Please let me know before hand if you intend to use your commission for commercial purposes. There is a additional MERCH FEE for each work if you wish to use the commissioned work on merch.- You MUST credit my artwork on any site or platform that you use my work on (such as in your bio, a command, or panels).- I may use your emote I created for my portfolios and to advertise my business.
The following is considered Copyright Infringement:
- Reproducing/ using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Making money off it in any way unless discussed upon in writing.)- Removing any watermark/ signatures.- Altering the artwork IN ANY WAY (including variations and holiday variations) without my, the artists, written consent. This includes having someone else reproduce/ alter/ edit my artwork as their own.- Taking credit for the creation of my work.
By commissioning me, you agree to have read, understood, and accept everything above and on the commissions tab.

Prices and Payment
- Payment must be received in full before I will start any commission.- Payment is done through Paypal. No refunds. DO NOT donate to my Twitch account as payment for your commissions. In order for payment, I will give you instructions and my email after we discus your commissions. I will be sending you sketches throughout the process so please tell me if there are any changes you want done during this time.
Emotes are $25 USD each.
Badges are $20 USD each.
Icons (Profile Pictures) are $30 USD each. (I am no longer offering this. If you would like a emote I created for you as a profile picture just let me know.)
Holiday variants of emotes/badges I have made you are $10-20 extra. (These include any holiday, Christmas, Halloween, etc.)
Process
- Once I send you the final sketch, you will confirm the final design/s and I will begin the final product/s and you will not be able to make any changes after this point (besides simple color changes). You are to NOT use ANY of these sketches (or images) that I have done in any other way other than letting me know if you approve them or want any changes.- Wait times vary depending on the order and the amount of commissions I am working on at the time so please be patient. This is first a come first serve. RUSH FEES are allowed but an extra 20% will be added to your total.- I stream my process sometimes so please let me know if you do not want your emotes drawn on Twitch.- Once your emote/s are done, I will send you them in the following sizes: 112x112, 56x56, 28x28. (Twitch now supports just 112x112). They will have a transparent background and be ready for you to upload straight to Twitch.
